Bzw Flat Wire/Cable Inspecting Machine
This full automatic flat cable inspecting machine was designed according to the regulation of the international non-standard automation equipment. It has an electronic control, high quality inspecting sensors and air circuit control. Its operation is more intuitive and accessible using new technology man-machine conversational mode. Its solid and practical design that makes the machine looks good, while it is also easy to operate.
Functions: Inspecting flat cables and other wires.
Product features
Wide applicable range: Mostly flat cables (length up to 190-735mm). It can also inspect other conductive wires. The length of the wire inspected has to be 50-500mm.
High Quality: The machine is completely made of silicone and stainless steel to ensure avoiding damage. It can operate in a wide working temperature range: -5~40ºC.
High Efficiency: BW-8 can automatically measure the length and conductivity of the wire and the damage on the terminal. It is programmed to eliminate the unqualified products and put them into the unqualified box, while dropping off the qualified products will into another box. The machine uses multi images forming system to inspect the appearance and conductivity of the wire with an inspecting speed up to 3-5 seconds/piece.
General operating procedures
1. Manually put the wire into the loader which is applicable for many types of plastic terminals. Its final design is according to the customer's terminal sample to ensure no damaging the wire.
2. Inspection of the damage and scratch on the surface of the wire. It is analyzed at the same time above and below.
3. Inspection of the terminals, damage of the plastic parts and the total length of the wire. If the crimping image is not unified or the length exceeds in comparison with the standard set, the wire will be considered as defective product.
4. Inspection of the conductivity of the wire and elimination of the unqualified products detected in the 3 previous inspections. The products that succeed in the inspection are placed into another transitioning structure.
5. Inspected products will be packed in an exclusive plastic bag which is automatically sealed with rubber band and put into a carton. The packing quantity could be set by the touching screen.
