BZW-950 Automatic High-Speed Stripping & Cutting Machine

This is the most productive machine for customers who are looking for stripping and cutting wires in various length. It processes 3 wires at the same time with a single stroke and after setting the required parameters it works in a continuous operation until finishing the task. 

Wide applicable range: Applicable wire: PVC wire, Teflon, glass fiber wire, wire line. 

Cutting: Cutting range: AWG#10-28 and wire line AWG # 10-28 and cable. 

High Precision: We use the imported servo motor to control the wire cutting and stripping to ensure the precision of the cutting length. It is equipped with testing device which can alarm the condition, such as overtight the electric wire, low pressure, jam of the cylinder, irregular motor functionality, and also have the function of unanimous counting displaying. 

Easy to use: When it detects the irregular procedures, the machine will automatically shut down and the problem will be displayed on the screen, which is fast and convenient to reduce the maintenance time.
