Full automatic: Full automatic production to save the labor cost. The procedures of cutting, stripping, crimping, twisting and tinning are full automatic. Computerized error detector: Automatically Stop, Problem Detection and Solution fast and accurate. 

High Quality: We use Japan Panasonic servo motor, which is high precise, high efficient and stable. THK high precision slides and imported pneumatic components. 

Crimping: The crimping position is adjusted by the touching screen to ensure its precision and stability. The adjusting is simple with short time which increases the working efficiency. 

Easy to use: PLC control with touching screen can adjust the wire length, stripping length, half/stripping length, looseness or tightness for wire twisting, wire twisting length, tinning length and cutting depth, among others.
