1.This machine automatically insert the crimped ribbon cable into the connector instead of the heavy manual work, improved work efficiency and product quality, saving lots of labor force;

2.As per different kinds of the connectors, it will make related high precision vibrating plate to feeding the materials, to ensure its feeding stability and continuity.

3.The ribbon cable is transported by the circular belt wheel, which can be put max. 20pcs during the production, greatly improved the work efficiency;

4.It uses high-precision cylinder to complete the positioning of the terminal inserting, stroking ,material pushing, and so on, accurate and efficient;

5.It is equipped with high precision servo drive, to ensure each action of  the equipment is accurate and stable;
