This equipment is upgrade of automatic high precise double ends terminal crimping machine ,mainly for power, automotive new energy industry wire harness processing. Added number tube workstation based on the original wire cutting ,wire stripping and terminal crimping function. It can realize wire cutting, wire stripping, tube number marking,  jacket inserting and terminal crimping at the same time, which will improve the degree of automation and production efficiency.

International appearance design, and  tight and concise whole structure; 

IPC controlling system, operating interface is simple and  rational. The operation of the machine is easy to learn. All the parameters is easily set and stored. The images of operating indications are simple and direct;

The system can use the worksheet to produce the products in batch 

it use the Omron EtherCat network bus system, high precision, fast response, and monitoring in real time;

Panasonic EtherCAT network bus system, high precision, fast response, and monitoring in real time;

The crimping station is installed with imported servo motor, high crimping precision and stable performance;

The pneumatic parts are all imported SMC,  high efficiency and stability with long life service;

Full closed loop flexible wire feeding system, rubber belt feeding device protect the surface of the wire from the damaging, increasing the feeding efficiency;

The optional barcode gun and printer can manage and store the data.;

The unqualified product can be eliminated and reclaimed to reach 100% qualified rate
