BZW-4001G is mainly used in jacket strip conductor strip, terminal crimp and house insert of sheathed double core wire and automobile ABS sensor wire harness.

NO.1 White appearance design, and tight and concise whole structure. 

NO.2 The flexible wire feeding system protects the surface of the wire from damaging, and ensures the accuracy of wire feeding length. 

NO.3 The crimping machine adopts a servo system to ensure the stability and consistency of the crimping accuracy. 

NO.4 Color recognition and crimping adopt CCD visual judgment, which is stable and reliable. 

NO.5 The core wire zero-cutting function perfectly solves the size fluctuation of the core wire caused by the stretching of the wire skin.

NO.6 The pressure management system can monitor the products in real time, alarm and automatically sort the product. 

NO.7 Equipped with terminal inserting depth detection function,to ensure the qualified rate of products. 

NO.8 The device can be connected to MES system for data interaction. 

NO.9 Add the material verification function of the scan gun, which 
can verify all the materials used in the wire harness to be processed, 
prevent personnel from changing the wrong materials, and ensure 
the accuracy of product materials.
