| BZW-887 Double Ends Wire Cutting, Twisting and Tinning Machine BW-887 is a full automatic machine that process several wires at the same time, increasing productive capacity. Digitally managed to cover different requires such as a wire with one end semi-stripped and the other one twisted, or a wire with both ends stripped and twisted. Functions: Pre-feeding, Cutting, Stripping, Twisting and Tinning. Semi-stripping with rubber remaining. Single and Double End Twisting and Stripping. Product features: Full automatic: Full automatic production to save labor cost. The procedures of cutting, stripping, twisting and tinning are full automatic. Included the automatic wire feeding machine to ensure the precision of the wire. Wide application range: Enameled wire. Electronic wire diameter: 0.3mm-3mm (AWG36#-AWG16#). High Precision: Equipped with imported Japan Sanyo motor, which increases the service life, the precision and it is stable in operation. We also use high precision sliding rail from Taiwan and imported pneumatic components from Japan. Easy to use: Equipped with PLC and touching screen. The parameters of stripping length, cutting depth, before and after wire cutting and tinning are digital setting (also full stripping or semi-stripping). |
