BZW-3.0+GF+N Fulll-automatic PV wire connector inserting, nut tightening and terminal crimping machine 

This equipment is an all-in-one machine of photovoltaic connector harness production line, which is developed for the production needs of photovoltaic connector harness industry. After the terminal crimping is completed, a connector nut insertion and tightening workstation is added, which is inserted and tightened at one time after the terminal crimping, improving the automation of photovoltaic connector harness processing.

this equipment adopts Panasonic RTX network bus system and data real-time monitoring feedback system, translation pipeline processing mode, and the use of Panasonic network servo motor, which makes the positioning of the machine accurate during operation, and has higher processing accuracy in the process of crimping and twisting.
